What materials do you use?

Mostly high-quality, durable PLA filament. Some products include extra components like LED tealights, hooks, magnets or keyrings — where a product needs something to work, it's in the box.

Are your products safe for children?

Our products are colorful and fun, but they're intended as collectibles and décor rather than toys. Many contain small parts that pose a choking hazard, so please keep them away from young children.

Do you take custom requests?

Yes — we love bringing ideas to life. Get in touch through our contact page and we'll tell you what's possible.

How do I clean and care for my order?

Wipe gently with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid dishwashers, microwaves and prolonged outdoor exposure. Keep items out of direct sunlight and hot cars — the material softens above roughly 120°F and will warp.

Can I use your bowls and drinkware for food?

No. 3D printed surfaces have microscopic layer lines that trap moisture and bacteria and can't be reliably sanitized. Our bowls and drinkware-style pieces are decorative — good for wrapped candy, keys and small items, not for anything you'll eat or drink.

Can I use a real candle in your tealight holders?

Never. Use a battery-operated LED tealight — one is included with every lantern and holder we make. An open flame will soften and deform the piece.

How long will my order take?

Everything is printed after you order it. Most orders are made and ready to ship within 2–4 business days. Personalized or large orders can take up to two weeks, and where an item needs longer it's noted on the product page.

Delivery time is on top of that. The 2–4 days is how long it takes us to make your order — once it's with the carrier, transit adds a few more days depending on where you are.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes — free pickup in Lockport, New York, selectable at checkout. Pickup orders are usually ready in 2–4 business days, and there's no carrier transit to wait on. We'll email you as soon as yours is ready — please wait for that email before coming by, and bring your order confirmation.

Can I return something?

Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalized and custom items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or we made a mistake. Full details are in our refund policy.
