Processing time

Everything is made to order. Most orders are printed and ready to ship within 2–4 business days. Personalized or large orders can take up to two weeks; where an item needs longer, it's noted on the product page.

Processing time and delivery time are separate. The 2–4 business days is how long it takes us to make your order — carrier transit is additional and begins once the parcel is collected.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on orders of $35 and over. Below $35, a flat rate is calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only.

Local pickup — Lockport, NY

Free, selectable at checkout. Pickup orders are usually ready in 2–4 business days. We'll email you when yours is ready — please wait for that email before coming by. Bring your order confirmation.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, email support@flayesmade.com and we'll help open a carrier claim.

Address accuracy

Please check your address at checkout — we can't cover reshipping for addresses entered incorrectly.
