Returns

Every flayesmade item is 3D printed to order — we don't hold stock, each piece is made after you buy it. That shapes the policy below.

Personalized items — anything made with a name or an uploaded photo — are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or we made a mistake.

Choosing a color or size from the options on a product page doesn't make an item personalized — those follow the standard return terms below.

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the item reaching us.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item — email support@flayesmade.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Color and finish — 3D printed items vary slightly between batches. Minor differences in color shade, layer texture, or finish are normal and are not defects.

Local pickup orders follow the same terms.

How to start a return — email support@flayesmade.com with your order number and what you’d like to do. We’ll confirm the return address before you ship anything back; items sent without confirming may not be refundable.
